After all these years I find it fascinating how the spirit of this machine could never be replicated. The C64 was the perfect mix and entry level for any human being getting into computers. But thanks to emulators and vintage purchases of 8-bit hardware we can now reshare this spirit with our kids or any next generation, show them how computers work and what game design magic is all about.
